VIRGIN BRASS AND SCRAP IS CASTED IN VARIOUS MOLDS AS PER THE PATTERN USING THE DIE CASTING PROCESS.

TESTING

HAVING UNDERGONE THE ABOVE PROCESS, THE PIECES ARE THEN CHECKED FOR SURFACE DEFECTS.

MACHINING

CASTED PRODUCTS ARE MACHINED AS PER THE DESIGN REQUIREMENTS TO CREATE THREADS.

PLATING

THE TESTED AND OKAYED PIECES THEN UNDERGO THE PROCESS OF PLATING FINISHING.

GRINDING

THE MACHINED PRODUCT IS THUS GRINDED USING BELT GRINDERS TO ACHIEVE SMOOTH FINISHES WITHOUT SHARP EDGES.

ASSEMBLY

THE COATED PIECES ARE ASSEMBLED AND ONCE AGAIN CHECKED AND TESTED WITH HYDRAULIC PRESSURE.
